Following the restructuring of our Malaysian parent RAM Holdings Berhad, we will now be known as RAM Ratings. Our company name has been changed to RAM Ratings (Lanka) Limited from Lanka Rating Agency Limited.

Despite our relatively short history RAM Ratings is rapidly gaining acceptance as the trusted credit-rating agency by both the public and the regulators alike. Wholly owned by RAM Holdings with no affiliations to either regulators or local organizations, ‘true independence’ is the hallmark of RAM Ratings.

Our parent’s affiliation to Standard & Poor’s, one of the world’s pre-eminent providers of credit rating, helps us reap the benefits of global rating processes and methodologies and together with our local insights we provide a unique blend of efficiency, international standards & ethics and local perspective in our rating actions.

Now also recognized as an External Credit Assessment Institution “ECAI” by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, RAM Ratings is backed by the vast experience of our group, and is unrivalled in the provision of credit rating services.
